I perused your works
And realized you’re not just anyone
Whose heart was turned into stone.
You still have a noble heart and a pure soul.
But you were just cautious
Like a prey, wary of its predator;
Constantly on red alert.
I’m not a prey nor a predator;
I’m the shadow lurker
That espies your
Perpetual quest for a partner.
I stood silently in my corner,
Not wanting to interrupt the course
But just curious
On what might happen
To you here after.
